Welcome!

Hello and welcome!

Here at Laughing Sage Wellness, we are committed to helping women understand and manage their hormones through dietary and lifestyle changes. this holistic approach to you health offers many benefits, including improved menstrual health, better sexual health, mood stabilization, and increased connection to your body. We also strive to make you feel like an authority on your health--you know what's best for you!

However, sometimes gaining that authority can be tough. We are often fed (pardon the pun) misleading information about our bodies, what we put in them, and what we do with them. Between low-fat versus low-carb, organic versus local, and vitamin and mineral fortified versus whole foods, it seems that choosing  to eat healthfully has become quite complicated. And while we try to wade through these muddy waters of food advertising without breaking the bank, food companies are making millions off of their only semi-truthful campaigns.

So what's a girl to do?

That's where we come in. This blog is designed specifically to help you understand what foods help you as a woman. We'll highlight certain foods, helping you to understand their health benefits and give you recipes so you know what to do with all these good-for-you yummies! We want to form a community in which we can discuss any concerns about our health and all things food. Offer tips and tricks. Ask questions. Suggest recipes. This is your blog, your space, your health, and it's about time.
